Update metadata: add pipeline tag, remove arxiv tag from YAML

This PR updates the model card metadata by adding pipeline_tag: image-classification so the model is correctly categorized as an image classification model. It also removes the arxiv:2609.33437 tag from the YAML metadata, since the arXiv ID should only appear in the Markdown content. The existing paper link remains in the README. No other changes are made.
