Add pipeline tag, license and improve model card

This PR improves the model card for OmniWeaving by:
- Adding the
text-to-videopipeline tag and theapache-2.0license to the metadata. - Linking the research paper: OmniWeaving: Towards Unified Video Generation with Free-form Composition and Reasoning.
- Providing links to the official project page and GitHub repository.
- Adding a summary of the model architecture and the diverse video generation tasks it supports.
- Including a sample usage section for text-to-video inference based on the official documentation.
