Add metadata and improve model card structure

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.
I've opened this PR to improve the model card for SyntheticGen. Specifically, I have:
- Added the
image-to-imagepipeline tag to the metadata to improve discoverability. - Added relevant tags for remote sensing and semantic segmentation.
- Included direct links to the research paper and the official GitHub repository.
- Cleaned up the Markdown structure by removing redundant metadata markers and ensuring a consistent layout.
