Improve SuperCorrect-7B model card

This PR improves the model card for SuperCorrect-7B by adding the paper abstract, updating the citation with the ICLR 2025 venue, and adding the question-answering pipeline tag. It also incorporates updated evaluation results and inference code examples from the Github README.
