A Biomedical Nested NER corpus to support T2KNOW project

This model is a fine-tuned version of the biobert-base-cased-v1.1 model using the T2KNOW corpus.

The training process involved 30 iterations.

The code for both training and evaluation of the model is available in the T2KNOW GitHub repository

T2KNOW available models:

• bert-base-uncased with 10 iterations
• bert-base-uncased with 20 iterations
• bert-base-uncased with 30 iterations
• biobert-base-cased-v1.1 with 10 iterations
• biobert-base-cased-v1.1 with 20 iterations
• biobert-base-cased-v1.1 with 30 iterations
