I design intelligent instruments with integrated neural networks. My work includes LLM fine-tuning, development and adaptation of neural network architectures, and bioinformatics. Focus areas: optical microscopy + Computer Vision + ML-powered diagnostics, computational biology and genomics (AlphaFold, REINVENT, DiffDock, variant calling, metagenomics), gas analysis on MOX sensors with custom neural networks, robotics (motor control, YOLO26, SAM 2, Imitation Learning), radio astronomy (SDR + interferometry + neural signal processing). Stack: Python, FastAPI, React, PyTorch, ONNX, TensorRT, OpenCV, Docker, Neo4j, LangGraph.
